Hmmm, every file says failed to extract during the extraction from the zip. Same result after ing the files as well as reing it.
Okay so I’m just stupid. Apparently it was protected and the default extracter did not prompt for it. Extracting it with 7zip correctly shows the prompt and I could extract.
